Refunds
Should we owe you a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at accounting@earthandartisan.shop.

Reason for Refund

You must contact us to initiate a refund if your package never arrived.

If your package was delivered, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of an issue and request for return.
